About Pride Pathways Program

Empowering Vulnerable Populations

Pride Pathways Program (PPP) is a comprehensive initiative dedicated to addressing the diverse needs of vulnerable populations through our smart affordable housing community campus model. Our clientele encompasses individuals facing economic and homing instability, including victims of sexual abuse, LGBTQ individuals, re-offenders, veterans, teens, and workforce members.

We collaborate closely with various organizations to establish extensive campus sites tailored to marginalized communities with direct service deliveries. Through these partnerships, we provide wraparound services, ensuring everyone’s stability, homing, and a sense of belonging.

About Our Programs

Comprehensive Program for Vulnerable Populations

Our community-based outreach programs engage directly with clients and organizations to ensure the equitable distribution of essential resources. By building coalitions that address the multifaceted challenges of economic, environmental, and homing instability, particularly within LGBTQ communities, sexual abuse survivors, veterans, re-offenders, teens, and struggling workforce members, we actively combat the homeless crisis through our strategic partnerships.

We recognize that providing a home goes beyond physical shelter; it entails fostering a sense of belonging and mental well-being within a supportive community. To achieve this, all residents are enrolled in our comprehensive four-year program, which includes wraparound services. Throughout their permanent placement, residents are required to follow their individual care plans, which include wraparound services.

Our wraparound services address not only basic needs but also mental health challenges individuals may face, ensuring they have the support necessary to thrive in their homing environments. We provide comprehensive support, including mental health services, substance abuse treatment, transitional housing assistance, job training, and educational opportunities.

Our core business is supporting vulnerable populations. That’s why we have tailored our services to cater to victims of sexual abuse, LGBTQ individuals, re-offenders, veterans, teens, and workforce members.
